Redraw and Redisgn

I redrew a screenshot of Sonic X NOT A RECOLOR a redraw, witch means I DID NOT draw over the already drawn out screenshot.

I also redesigned her to look more Freedom Fighter like, and still look cutsy like she's always have. I have never liked that red dress of hers anyway, even when I was little I thought it looked ugly.
